River Rats is about a group of disillusioned ex-bikers / military veterans who for various reasons end up living on the Norfolk Broads in a variety of floating vessels. They embark on a jaunt up-river where a huge electrical storm whisks them off on a totally unexpected inter-planetary adventure. We follow their exploits as they come together against adversity, and with interaction and assistance from the ‘Aenian’ race, as they attempt to get back to earth.
